WHERE TO EAT

Our favorite place to eat is right here at the cabin!  However, if you have cabin fever or cooking ain’t your thing, there are plenty of great places to eat in town.  Here’s a few recommendations:

Harvest on Main – Our favorite place to eat in Blue Ridge!  Slightly upscale southern food in a perfect mountain setting located on Main Street in downtown Blue Ridge. harvestonmain.com/

Fightingtown Tavern – A cool, high energy, rock themed tavern in downtown Blue Ridge that serves unique comfort food – no freezers and no microwaves.  A great bar as well with local craft beers.  Fun place to wind down! fightingtowntavern.com

Black Sheep -Unique southern comfort food served in the historic Butt House (circa 1914). blacksheepblueridge.com/

Blue Ridge Grocery – Great place for a quick bite to eat – sandwiches, breakfast and more in charming little shop on Main Street in Blue Ridge.  Sister to Harvest on Main. facebook.com/BlueRidgeGrocery

Toccoa River Riverside Restaurant – Casual dining overlooking the Toccoa River.  It’s a bit of a drive from the cabin, but eating riverside makes it worth it. toccoariversiderestaurant.com

Cucina Rustica – This charming, rustic restaurant serves great italian food and it’s close to the cabin.  On the same property is La Pizzeria with the best pizza in town and La Veranda, a taqueria shack.  If you go to any of these – make sure to hit the bocce ball court in the back! cucinarustica-ga.com

Joe’s Barbeque – You can’t come to the mountains and not eat barbeque!  Small, popular bbq joint just outside of downtown Blue Ridge. joesbbqblueridge.com

Blue Ridge Mountain Barbeque – It’s a toss up between Joe’s and Blue Ridge Mountain for the best barbeque in town! blueridgemountainbbq.com

After you’ve stuffed yourself, head over to The Vines, a wine bar on Main Street in downtown Blue Ridge with a great selection of wines and nice patio out back.  Friendly folks! thevineofblueridge.com
